Scenic Olympic distance triathlon with open water swim in a beautiful fresh water private lake set in the Cotswolds – Lake 62, a 2 lap cycle leg which is fairly flat with a couple of gentle sloping inclines, taking in some fantastic scenery around the Cotswolds, and a spectator-friendly off-road lakeside run. This event will be held on both Saturday and Sunday and will include an aquabike event for those not too keen on running!
Well organised event. This was my first Olympic distance triathlon and so I was very nervous about it, the weather wasn’t definitely not ideal but the organisers dealt with this very well changing the course and letting participants know way in advance. I was actually quite grateful for the reduction in the cycle!
