Event summary
BCS Events is thrilled to announce the return of The Cowman Triathlon on Sunday 31st July 2022 at the picturesque Emberton Country Park in Olney, Milton Keynes. Alongside the Cowman, Calfman, and Stampede triathlon races, new Aquabike distances have been added for 2022. Participants will swim in the beautiful lake next to the sailing club, cycle through the local area, and run around the lake on a mix of on- and off-road terrain. The event will feature mass starts, with COVID-19 measures in place as necessary. All finishers will receive a unique eco-friendly wooden medal, with the option to purchase a T-shirt and/or a Hoodie to commemorate this exciting event. Join us for a day of fun and fitness at The Cowman Triathlon!

We are delighted to be back on the Sunday 31st July 2022 for the Cowman, Calfman and Stampede triathlon events at the stunning venue of Emberton Country Park.
**New to 2022, is the Cowman, Calfman and Stampede Aquabike distances!
The swim takes place in the lake adjacent to the sailing club, with the bike course heading out around the local area (2 laps for Cowman, 1 lap for Calfman, short lap for the Stampede), and the run course circulating the lake featuring both on- and off-road sections (4 laps for Cowman, 2 laps for Calfman, 1 lap for the Stampede).
This event will be taking place with a mass start unless otherwise stated due to the COVID-19 measures at the time.
All athletes will receive a bespoke eco-friendly wooden medal with the option of purchasing a T-shirt and/or a Hoodie too!
