An exciting introduction to the Dales Trail Series, with testing ascents, spectacular ridge-running and fast technical descents over a 20k course. This is a fully marked route with rarely visited twists and magnificent views of the northern Dales – a favourite with local runners. This isn’t your average trail race and it shouldn’t be underestimated just because of the modest distance! But you can be sure of a warm welcome and a friendly atmosphere. Can be entered as a stand alone race, or as the first race in the Series Grand Slam - 3 races in total throughout the year, covering 90k and over 2,550m of ascent.
