Organiser's Description
A pool swim at the Great Dunmow Leisure Centre is followed by a testing and undulating cycle course which is mainly on rural roads, passing through Thaxted, Tilty, Little Easton and back to Great Dunmow, and a run over a mixture of paths and grassland around the Centre.
