Organiser's Description
Based at Ferndown Leisure Centre, this is a great event for the whole family. For each race there is a pool swim; the adult event is an out and back bike road route followed by a multi-terrain run around the sports field; the junior events consist of a bike leg in the sports field and a run on the running track.

400m swim, 16 km bike, 5 km run
TriStart: 50m / 800m / 600m
TriStar1: 100m / 1.5k / 1k
TriStar2: 200m / 2.4k / 1.2k
TriStar3: 300m / 4k / 1.6k run
