I was transferred from the cancelled March event on which I lost money on a hotel booking so I was disappointed with that situation. It also took a long time for any info to come through to confirm that I was on the race list for the June event. I had to email to get confirmation quite close to the event which then made travel and accommodation arrangements difficult. The event itself was well staffed and organised and went well. All the staff were lovely encouraging us all around the circuit. The weather was extremely hot so it was great to have the water station well stocked and well staffed. I did have an issue when I went to get my medal engraved as my details hadn’t been registered properly at the start but a nice lady and the guy with the laptop fixed that in a few minutes. This was my first 1/2 marathon and I enjoyed the atmosphere. Thank you to all the volunteers and organisers.

I really enjoyed it. The warm up was an excellent idea. The marshals were excellent. The girls at the water refilling area, super. The race was small but personal. Even the lady I met in the changing was nice. She is preparing for marathon. Good luck to her.

Very well organised event also in a great location. Finsbury Park is quite challenging on longer distance as it has 2 hills that can become tiring. Facilities were good as it provides ample toilets and changing areas. Runthrough also hosted a very good warmup pre-race and good fuel (goodies) for post-race. Also noticed that RunThrough really do push inclusivity of everyone in the running community. Have booked a few more races in the area for the year which I look forward to!

I enjoyed the experiance. The weather started off far from ideal. So the ground around the registration desk was muddy and the wind was intense. However, there was still a great atmosphere. The staff/team were friendly and helpful. The event ended up being a beautiful (but windy) morning. The timing chip worked for me, but I did see that there was a number of people that didn't get a time recorded. In all I enjoyed the morning. Thank you to the RunThrough team.

My first race. Having never done a race like this before I thoroughly myself. Despite the wind and muddy weather the route was clearly marked out and the stewards were very enthusiastic and helpful. I would definitely do this race again. Thanks very much

Dissapointed. The run it’s self is fine but up and down. The organisation of the event not so good. Set up all the tables on a muddy field for some reason deprive being plenty of pathways to use which would have been better by a long way. Was covered in mud! The chip running was also poor. Around 70 people didn’t register on finishing, myself included so no chip time. One of the main reasons I do these runs is to see if times improve.
