Great Gorilla Run

London

London, UK

Sun 23rd September 2018

Organiser's Description

Join Bill Oddie, Stanley Johnson and hundreds of people dressed as gorillas to run, jog or walk 8k though the City of London, on the 16th annual Great Gorilla Run, to help save a species on the edge of extinction. There are fewer than 1000 mountain gorillas left in the World. We'd like to see their numbers increase but we can only achieve it with your help.

Following 15 years of success starting the run at Mincing Court, we are changing it up this year. The Gorilla Organization is to partner for the first time with King's College London's Student Union for GGR18. The route is still to be confirmed, however the run will stay in its previous format of an 8k loop around the city, but with a different start/finish point.
