A friendly annual event staged by Liss Runners volunteers for the benefit of the running community. It's a tough course in beautiful surroundings and a lovely atmosphere at the South Harting cricket ground after the race.

Course Details
A challenging 10-mile multi-terrain race over private lanes, gravel tracks, bridleways and footpaths in the beautiful countryside of the South Downs National Park.
The route will be way marked and marshalled at key points, with two water stations and mile markers.
