A sporting challenge at the Lido suitable for all abilities. A fast swim/run event held over two distances which raises funds for Sandford Parks Lido. Designed for competitors aged 15+ on the Sprint Distance and 17+ for Standard and Long Distance who enjoy a personal challenge. The race starts with a swim in the heated main pool of the lido followed by a flat run on pavement, grass and parts of Sandford Park.
