Organiser's Description
Those of you who have run the course before will know why it is called a hard half. Basically an out and back with a loop around the Preston hills. There will be a small section of grass/track at the start and finish but the majority of the route is on country roads – with great views of red kites in the Chiltern Hills! This race has a long history, having first been run in the early 80s. Also 10k and 5k.
