IceMan is a no-holds-barred off-road trail run taking place at the Army training ground in Frimley, Surrey. Frimley is the perfect place for getting off the tarmac and into the great unknown, especially if you like mud, dirt and hills! The 11k or 16k runs will take you over rocky, hilly terrain with technical sections and some fast downward slopes for those with nerves of steel. Running with your dog is more than welcome, if you can keep up…!
