IronRun is a challenging, wild, 12k course with 40+ obstacles, naturally carved out of 1000 acres of severe Northamptonshire woodland. You will run, crawl, jump, wade and swim through and over swamps, mud, hills, water and woods. It will test your physical and mental endurance skills to the max. This is adventure running at its purest. Also 6k option and IronRun Junior which is run on the adult course.
