Join us for the Jarrow 10K on Sunday 18 October 2026!
Line up for a PB-friendly autumn race day in South Tyneside. In partnership with Jarrow and Hebburn Athletics Club, the Jarrow 10K starts and finishes on Monkton Athletics Track and features a flat, fully measured course that rewards smooth pacing and strong finishes. Expect efficient delivery, a friendly club atmosphere, and great support around the route.
The race follows a road-closed, two-lap design that keeps things simple and fast. You will roll out from the track, settle into rhythm on wide tarmac sections, and return to the stadium for a roaring finish. All finishers receive a medal, and category prizes recognise top performances.
The Jarrow 10K forms part of our Top Flight Race Series. It attracts some of the UK’s leading athletes and creates a fantastic racing spectacle while remaining welcoming for developing club runners and newcomers to the distance.
