An opportunity to take on a challenge that tests both mental and physical fortitude in a safe, well organised environment. This event will be a 50 mile endurance run on 6.25 mile loops. With a 14 hour time limit this hopefully will be very achievable for a lot of runners, and if you want to "ring out" at the end of any lap then that is absolutely fine. Brook Farm, Reculver. This will be the 20th running of this event.
