Organiser's Description

So you can run up and down a big hill, whoopee-do. But where are the awards for the heroes who manage to walk back from the bar carrying four full pints without spilling a drop? King of the spHill is a time trial run down and back up Swains Lane – London's steepest hill - carrying two full pints of beer. The more you spill, the bigger your time penalty. Runners then finish their drinks to stop the clock!
