Organiser's Description
Due to the major works being carried out for the new Heysham link road, the route for the Lancaster Duathlon has changed for 2015. The run route is suited more to trail shoes, with only a short stretch of road running! There are some beautiful views and interesting items to watch out for along the old canal path, and 37 strategically placed steps! A scenic bike leg on minor roads, with some gentle climbs and nice descents.
