Organiser's Description
This Off Road Triathlon Festival takes place in the beautiful Lochore Meadows Country Park. Swim in the beautiful fresh water of Loch Ore; the off road lapped bike course takes in a descent of Harran Hill; the run is a mixed terrain course which circumnavigates the hilly Clune and an old ironage fort ,before coming back in by the loch side to the finish.
There are two triathlon distances, plus a tristars event, aquabike - the perfect low impact activity for those averse to running or are injured and unable to run - and the bikeless Lochore Aquathlon offers a 3rd alternative to the mix, for those who like to swim and run. For those who wish to miss out on the swim there is also a Duathlon option to choose.
