Get ready for the ultimate challenge at the Lon Las Cymru Ultra organised by findarace.com on the 17th October 2019. This 250-mile non-stop race from Holyhead to Cardiff Bay will take you through the heart of Wales, crossing mountain ranges and following Sustrans cycle route 8. Participants will need to be virtually self-sufficient, making it an incredibly tough challenge. The event will be basic and low key, designed to push you to your limits. Don't miss out on possibly the longest non-stop road ultra in the UK, happening from 17th to 20th October on the Isle of Anglesey.

A 250 mile non-stop race from Holyhead to Cardiff Bay down the centre of Wales crossing several mountain ranges. Mostly on road, you will be virtually self sufficient which will make this an incredibly difficult challenge. You will follow Sustrans cycle route 8 all the way, with the last 55 miles along the 'Taff Trail', making this possibly the longest non-stop road ultra in the UK. This will be no-nonsense, basic and low key designed to push you to your limits'. 17-20 October.
