This thrilling 250-mile non-stop race kicks off in Holyhead on the stunning Isle of Anglesey and winds its way down to Cardiff Bay, traversing the breathtaking landscapes of Wales. Participants will face the ultimate test of endurance, crossing several mountain ranges and primarily following Sustrans cycle route 8, with the final 55 miles along the iconic Taff Trail. As a virtually self-sufficient race, this ultra promises to push you to your limits in a no-nonsense, basic, and low-key environment. Join fellow adventurers for what could be the longest non-stop road ultra in the UK, and experience the beauty and challenge of this incredible journey!

Organiser's Description

A 250 mile non-stop race from Holyhead to Cardiff Bay down the centre of Wales crossing several mountain ranges. Mostly on road, you will be virtually self sufficient which will make this an incredibly difficult challenge. You will follow Sustrans cycle route 8 all the way, with the last 55 miles along the 'Taff Trail', making this possibly the longest non-stop road ultra in the UK. This will be no-nonsense, basic and low key designed to push you to your limits'. 17-20 October.
