Take on a unique swim–run at the iconic London Aquatics Centre in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. This event suits first-timers, PB chasers, and anyone who prefers the comfort and precision of an indoor pool before a scenic park run. Entries are open to participants aged 15 and over.
Your race begins with a 400 m pool swim in the world-class London Aquatics Centre. You will then head out for a measured 5 km run around South Park with views of the London Stadium and the Olympic legacy all around you. Expect smooth organisation, supportive marshals, and a lively finish to celebrate your effort.

Brilliant event! This was my first aquathlon - it was really well organised, with info sent before and on the day the marshalls were fantastic - really helpful and friendly. The atmosphere was great, not too competitive, but some serious people too - everyone was welcome. Pool part was very well managed. Also great for spectators, huge viewing gallery and lots of spots to view the runners without having to travel too far. Overall excellent - and I would definitely do it again! PB (of course - since it was my first!)!
Absolutely loved the event! It was a little bit tricky getting ready for the swim in the rain! But the Marshalls were absolutely amazing, funny and supportive, the pool is iconic and poolside Marshalls we're knowledgeable and prompt. The track is great running past WHU, overall a great event already booked for next year!!

Very well organised event, and highly enjoyable. The organisation on the day was superb and ensured everything ran perfectly on time. The run course as around the Olympic Stadium and was well sign-posted throughout. Would recommend and already looking forward to next year!
