Welcome to the biggest multisport festival in Europe, The Long Course Weekend. Set on the West coast of Wales in Pembrokeshire, the event attracts over 10,000 athletes, 35,000 supporters from 45 nations to compete over three incredible days.
Friday - The Wales Swim and Children's Events LCKinder
Saturday - The Wales Sportive - 42 mile / 70 Mile / 112 Mile options
Sunday - The Wales Marathon, Half Marathon, 10k, 5k. LCW Prize ceremony and After Party!
The secret to the success is the inclusivity of the event - attracting pro athletes to the first time 5k athlete. Enter 1, 2 or all 3 events over the weekend - the choice is yours! The Long Course is a truly unique festival of sport. Athletes compete across three disciplines over the course of a weekend, picking the distances that suit them best. You'll have to go long to get that final medal though...and be part of the World Famous ceremony on Sunday - 2.4 mile Swim, 112 mile Bike and then the full Marathon on Sunday!
