Organiser's Description
The 750m trial will use our existing swim course that is enjoyed by swimmers daily.
The 1.5km, 3km and 4.5km trials provide the unique opportunity to use an extended swim course that allows you to swim the west-end of the lake. We require your estimated time in minutes and seconds to enable the seeding of starters.
750m – 1 lap
1.5km – 1 lap (no time limit)
3km – 2 laps (no time limit)
4.5km – 3 laps (2hr time limit)
Wetsuits will be optional, subject to the following limitation – no wetsuits are allowed if the water temperature is 22 degrees or above. They are mandatory if the water temperature is 14 degrees or below.

The event runs from 10.00am. Exact start times are dependant on numbers and entrants will be informed nearer the date.

Course Details
The swim takes place in the beautiful lake in the grounds of Merchant Taylors’ School. There are 4 distances to choose from: 4.5km, 3km (maximum swim time 2hrs), 1.5km (no time limit), and 750m (no time limit). The 1.5km, 3km and 4.5 km events provide the unique opportunity to use an extended swim course that allows you to swim the west-end of the lake.
Registration & Race Numbers
Race numbers will not be posted. Race numbers will be collected at the event venue on the morning of the race. Registration will open at 08:00 and will close 15 minutes before the start of each race. Please arrive in sufficient time to collect your race number.
Parking
Ample Free parking is available at Merchant Taylors school. The Moor Park underground station is also within close walking distance. Please use public transport where at all possible.

Other Information
Changing, Toilets & Baggage Storage
There are changing rooms available at the School however we advise that you come changed and ready to run if possible. There will be supervised storage for bags and belongings but please leave valuables at home as ATW will not be responsible for lost property. Toilets will be provided.

Active Training World do not offer transfers or deferrals for this event or any events listed on the website.
