Organiser's Description
A 400m pool swim, a 25km bike through lovely Sussex scenery and a flat 5km run. We pride ourselves on the whole club turning out to roar you through every stroke and turn of the event.
To quote an entrant in 2019: “the race briefing, finish area (complete with free beer and cake) and prize-giving with quirky spot prizes, are brilliant. 300 people singing Happy Birthday at 7am is quite a thing. Being supported by fellow triathletes on the course makes a big difference, particularly for the novices. And being supported by a marshal dressed as a bear on the A272 - that's the stuff of legends.” He didn't even mention the awesome medal!
2020 will be our 20th year so we intend to make it a year to remember. Come along and join us!

Loved it A brilliant and friendly race. This was the first triathlon I did and it was the one that I loved the most. From before the event started to after it ended you felt welcomed by a team that made you felt like they really cared about you enjoying it. The course was great too and we’ll marshalled. The marshalls were also very encouraging all the way around. Oh yes, and they had beer at the finish line too! 😀
