It's time to face the challenge to beat the wall in this 5k virtual challenge. You can run, walk, swim, cycle or even use gym equipment to earn this medal. This challenge can be done anywhere at any time and can be completed in one go or in parts if you prefer. Evidence must be submitted by 30 June.
