Some runners are in brightly colored outfits and appear to be participating in a group event, heading away from the camera. A medal with a green edge and the inscription "Running Events Devon" at the top and "Pasty and Pie Challenge" at the bottom. The center features an image of two pasties and a pie with a red ribbon. A red ribbon lanyard with "Running Events Devon" lies beneath the medal.

A wonderful small event with a warm welcome from the organisers and friendly competitors. The laid back nature, makes it a great way to get started off. A perfect event for a ‘first’ of any distance. An event I will certainly return to.

I was a 10k race virgin attending this event and was very surprised with a warm welcome and a lot of encouragement from fellow runners. A well organised event with clear marked path and a finishing time handed with medal on completion. Asked before taking photos and respected boundaries. Tim and Jenny truly lovely people and I will return.
