Organiser's Description

POPPY PLOD IN AID OF THE ROYAL BRITISH LEGION
Our Poppy Plod Virtual Challenge is brand new for 2022!

On Remembrance Sunday, (Sunday, 13th November 2022), wear your poppy with pride whilst plodding around your neighbourhood in honour of our veterans.

10% of all entry fees will be donated to the Royal British Legion.

As a customer of FindARace.com, you will also receive an exclusive 10% discount off your entry price. But hurry, places are limited. This is an annual event and places are usually very popular.

WHAT'S INVOLVED?
Run, walk or jog any distance, anywhere, at any pace on Sunday, 13th November 2022 (Remembrance Sunday).

We also accept evidence from treadmill activities.

WHAT'S INCLUDED?
All participants will receive a beautiful white aluminum medal with a plain colour ribbon for their achievement.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER MY CHALLENGE?
Once you have completed your challenge, simply go to the running bug website and upload a screenshot of your activity on our secure submission form here. Once your evidence has been sent, you should be redirected to a confirmation page. Then that's it! Your medal should arrive within 10 working days.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
We do accept entries from overseas participants. However, please note that is an extra charge to cover postage costs. There may also be extra import duty charges and customs taxes depending on your country. You are reliable to pay such charges. The Running Bug is unable to advise on these charges as they differ from country to country. We recommend you contact your local tax office.

In the event that a resident with a non-UK address purchases a standard UK entry, then we reserve the right to refuse the entry and refund in full.

I completed my 10 mile run in my own time, and chose where I did it, because where i was staying a poppy run had not been organised. The virtual run allowed me to be part of the run.
