With race start times set for 19:00 for the 5K Top Flight and 19:10 for the 10K A-Race (Sub 40 Min), followed by the 10K B-Race (Mass) at 19:30, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Whether you're aiming for a personal best or just looking to soak up the energetic atmosphere, the Quayside 5K & 10K promises a memorable experience. Take on the Quayside 5K & 10K In Partnership with Gateshead Harriers on Wednesday 6th August 2025
We are excited to develop our Quayside 5k event to now include a 10k option, in partnership with Gateshead Harriers.
This course takes in the famous landmarks of the Newcastle Quayside passing the Swing Bridge and under High Level Bridge, Queen Elizabeth II Bridge, King Edward VII Bridge & Redheugh Bridge, before returning the same way.
This is a flat, fast course boasting real PB potential, whilst also being accessible for beginners!
The Quayside 5k is part of our Top Flight Races Series.
