How to Get There

Free car parking is available at the venue, but please note, this will be on grass.  Accessible car parking is located in the main hardstanding car park.   The nearest train station is Bury St Edmunds however please note that the venue is a 45 minute walk away.

Further Information

The route is entirely on grass.  It is not particularly hilly, but due to the nature of the venue the ground is uneven and can be soft and get rutted in damp weather.  Rabbit holes can appear overnight, although we endeavour to fill or route around every one that we find when setting up our course.  For these reasons we don’t feel that this course is wheelchair accessible.  Anyone wanting to use a wheelchair or mobility scooter is encouraged to undertake an assessment of the terrain before doing so.  On the day there will be accessible parking located in the main hardstanding car park. Please note, whilst we hope we can open our events to families and friends supporting on the day, this may not be possible due to government guidelines around COVID-19.  Please refer to the section ‘ how we are keeping you safe’ https://raceforlife.cancerresearchuk.org/your-safety for further updates.&
