The 5k is an achievable distance and a good first challenge for most people. At just over 3 miles it can take about an hour to walk on average, but there's no pressure to finish in a certain time. Go at your own pace to help fund life-saving cancer research.

The event itself was ok with a good atmosphere, plenty of toilets on site, car parking was horrendous, and the start could have been better organised, but the route was easy to follow with plenty of stewards to point you in the right direction, it would have been nice to have some Welsh sponsors for an event held in the capital of Wales, and it took from the 31st of March to the 29th of May and several emails and a phone call to get the T shirt that I had ordered online. Would I do another race for life, possibly not.
