The Watford 10k course will consist of two laps of the 5km route. This is largely flat and set in the beautiful, family friendly Cassiobury Park. The course enjoys tree-lined paths and grass avenues with a mixture of terrains.

Please arrive 30 to 45 minutes before your start time so that you are prepared and ready to go on time.

There will be a water refill station at approx. 5km and at the finish, but please remember to bring your own reusable water bottle as we will not have any plastic bottles at the event.

This course has challenging terrain with undulating grass paths and some wild areas with exposed tree roots. It is mainly flat, however there is a large incline at the end of the course in the area between Cassiobury Park car park and Daisy's café. This incline and some of the terrain in the park may not be suitable for some wheelchairs or wheelchair users, so we ask that you make a self-assessment on the suitability of the course for you, based on your knowledge of the park - as it is one of our more challenging routes.

Should you wish to take part in this event with a wheelchair, we strongly recommend that you have assistance.
