Race The Tide - Devon, organised by pureTrail, is set to take place on Saturday 29th May 2021 in the stunning location of Plymouth, Devon. This exciting event, now in its 5th year, offers participants the chance to choose from three race distances - an 8.5 mile Woodland Trail race, a 15.5 mile Long Half-Marathon, and a challenging 28.5 mile Long Marathon. The marathon course includes two estuary crossings, with one at Burgh Island and the final one over the Erme Estuary where participants will race against the tide at 19.9 miles. The half-marathon also features a unique tide race at the Erme Estuary, while the 8.5 mile race takes place on beautiful woodland trails within the private Flete Estate. With picturesque views and thrilling challenges, Race The Tide promises to be an unforgettable event for trail running enthusiasts.

Now in its 5th year....
In the glorious private setting of the Flete Estate, Mothecombe, Devon we are hosting 3 rac - a Woodland Trail 8.5 mile race, a 15.5 Long half-Marathon and a Long marathon distance race of 28.5 miles.
The marathon involves 2 estuary crossings, one at Burgh Island and the final one racing The Tide at 19.9 miles, over the Erme Estuary before finishing with a seaview at picturesque Mothecombe. Provisional Start time 10am.
The 15.5 mile half-marathon involves racing the tide at the Erme Estuary 8 miles into the race. Provisional Start time 1pm.
The 8.5 mile race is within the private Estate on beautiful woodland trails but still races The Tide at mile 8. Provisional Start time 1pm.
