Experience an explosion of colour in Nottingham's 5K Rainbow Run! It's not about speed or fitness, it's about having crazy fun with friends and raising funds for your local children's hospice. Wear a white t-shirt (and running gear you don't mind getting messy!) and leave with a smile and every colour of the rainbow, having run through station of colour where you will be showered with different coloured powder paints.
