Experience an explosion of colour in Nottingham'€™s 5K Rainbow Run! It'€™s not about speed or fitness, it'€™s about having crazy fun with friends and raising funds for your local children'€™s hospice. Wear a white t-shirt (and running gear you don'€™t mind getting messy!) and leave with a smile and every colour of the rainbow, having run through station of colour where you will be showered with different coloured powder paints.
