Organiser's Description

Come and join us for a race in the heart of the picturesque Thames Valley in this half marathon and 10l trail race. This is a flat and relatively mud-free trail run, so ideal for runners looking to make inroads into the sport of trail running. Come for the country air, scenery and bespoke finisher’s medal.

Each kilometre is accurately marked out with distance flags and we have plenty of helpers to keep you on track and to encourage you on your way to the finish. Come and enjoy the day with us; we hope to see you there!

Course Details

Both courses start and finish at the foot of the beautiful and historic Windsor Castle, the current home of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.

The flat course is mainly run along river trail paths and will incorporate many of the key landmarks that have made this area so famous. Some of the highlights include Boveney Lock, Bray, Dorney and Eton.

The course will be friendly, fun, and fast. The terrain will be sturdy, making it perfect for anyone making their trail running debut. Take in the great sites that Winsdor has to offer as you run.

How to Get There

Please note that there is no official car park for this event however there are several public car parks nearby. Please aim to arrive in plenty of time, as there will likely be congestion coming into the town.

There are a number carparks in close vicinity to the event, including the River Street Car Park, Castle Gardens Car Park, and others.

By Train
Windsor has two train stations with are served by regular trains from London:
London Waterloo to Windsor & Eton Riverside
London Paddington to Windsor Central

We will have a secure area where you can leave your baggage. We recommend you bring as little baggage as possible. Your baggage tag is attached to your race number, you simply tear it off and attach to your bag. To collect, all you have to do show you number to the baggage tent staff and they will help you find your baggage.


There will be water provided every 5k of the race, as well as at the finish.


Results will be available on after the race.


We will have a photographer taking a few snaps of the race and they will be on Facebook after the race so be sure to check it out and see if you can spot yourself.
