Organiser's Description
On Sunday 17th September, Herefordshire Wildlife Trust – in collaboration with Wye Valley Running Club – will be hosting “Run for the Woods!!”.
Ready for a challenge? Why not sign up and test yourselves on our scenic route around the idyllic Queenswood Country Park. The majority of our route follows the Deer Trail - with a few tasty excursions into the Arboretum.
Entry is £14 for club-affiliated runners or £16 for non-affiliated. Everyone who finishes the course will be awarded a 'RunfortheWoods' sustainable, wooden medal; your parking on the day is also included. Registration from 9am- 9.45am for a 10am start.
This event operates within UK Athletics regulations.
Free race parking (onsite).
Fully arrow marked route.
Race (Chip) timing and results.
No cut off time.
Medals for all.
Water stations at Start and Finish Line.
Cafe On-site
Partnered with Herefordshire Wildlife Trust and Wye Valley Runners.
Medical and event support.

Great run through the woods with ups and downs but not to far of a run
