Run, jog, or walk the spectacular trails of Hampstead Heath on any of our 10K, 5K or 2K courses that take in amazing views of the capital!
2025 will be the 10th edition of the annual Run for Your Life event from Jubilee Hall Trust for runners of all abilities – including walkers and true beginners.
Setting off from the historic bandstand, you'll wind your way up to the peaks of the Heath - and discover trails in the woodlands at the foot of English Heritage's Kenwood House - before emerging at the top of your downward pathway.
As you fly down the hill, you'll cross the jaw-dropping viaduct and catch glimpses of the London skyline between the trees, eventually re-joining the main pathway for a glorious flat sprint finish next to the famous Parliament Hill fields athletics track.
Whether you're an elite 10K trail runner or a family with little ones, you'll be started in carefully managed waves to get the best experience. All participants are chip-timed and will receive a unique souvenir medal as soon as they cross the finish line.
With a friendly community atmosphere, children and adults of all ages are welcome to join the 2k Fun Run - those under 6 must always be accompanied by an adult on the course.
All proceeds will benefit Jubilee Hall Trust's community programmes to get more people engaging in heart-healthy physical activity.
