Parking
There are car parking facilities available but we recommend that visitors avoid coming by car as there are limited places.
Have a look at the Royal Parks website for details on the car parks within Hyde Park.
If you are using a mobile device, the postcode for the Park is W2 2UH, but note this is for guidance only as the Park covers a large area. We are starting at the Bandstand which is near the Serpentine Lake.
Other Information
Once you enter you will receive a confirmatin email. More information about where to collect your number will be sent closer to the event.
Baggage
We will have a secure area where you can leave your baggage. We recommend you bring as little baggage as possible. Your baggage tag is attached to your race number, you simply tear it off and attach to your bag. To collect, show your number to the baggage tent staff and they will help you find your baggage.
Toilets
Hyde Park has two sets of Male and Female toilets, one near to the bandstand which is virtually on the course and near the start/finish, and another set next to The Old Police House. We recommend arriving early if you plan to use the toilets.
Refreshments
There will be water provided on each lap of the race, as well as at the finish alongside bananas and of course flapjacks!
During the race
We will have marshals all around the course as well as KM signs and arrows. Please be aware that there will be spectators and members of the public using the Park. The course is 2 laps for the 5k and 4 laps for the 10k.
Results
Results will be available on www.runthrough.co.uk after the race.
Pictures
We will have a photographer taking a few snaps of the race and they will be on Facebook after the race so be sure to check it out and see if you can spot yourself.
Things to note!
There WILL be pedestrians, Hyde Park is London busiest outdoor area so you will encounter pedestrians/dogs – please be aware. We have marshals around the course and signs but this is not a road race, you have to pay very close attention to where you are going. We recommend you do not use earphones and you need to pay close attention to everything around you.
