Yes. Though please be aware that you are running on public footpaths with the general public so make sure that you pay attention to course marshalls, traffic, people, children on bikes, wildlife and so on.

In the build up to Christmas we will hosting a holding a 10k Santa run race.

This will be 1 lap out and back of the beautiful Millennium country park, and chip timed.
