Superhuman OCR @ Ashton Gate Stadium

Superhuman OCR @ Ashton Gate Stadium

Bristol, Bristol City

Ashton Gate Stadium, Ashton Road, Bristol, UK

Sun 3rd July 2022

Organiser's Description

Superhuman Obstacle Course Race was first launched in 2021 as part of Superhuman Sports Festival! The first Stadium OCR in the South West and the only of its kind in the UK in 2021! What's more, Superhuman Events works closely with The Bristol Children's Hospital Charity - The Grand Appeal, with a proportion of all ticket sales for 2022 being donated to this wonderful charity!

Superhuman OCR takes place at Ashton Gate Stadium, the home of Bristol City Football Club & Bristol Bears Rugby Club! The event cross-combines obstacle course racing and functional fitness, as competitors are taken on a single route (approx 6-8km) through and up Ashton Gate Stadium whilst tackling obstacles, functional fitness stations like the Room of Doom but also the various stadium steps! Superhuman OCR is designed to be challenging, yet non-technical and therefore open to all abilities!

What to expect:

Running, Tyre Pulls, Sandbag Carries, Monkey Bars, Rowing, Kettlebells, Box Jumps, Log Carries, Stair Climbing, High Wall Climbs, More Running, Keg Carries, Burpees, More Running, Atlas Balls, Heavy Rope Skipping, A Frames, Cargo Crawls, Balance Beams, Bodyweight Medley, Rope Climbs, Sledgehammer Tyre Slams, Under & Over Obstacles, and More Running!... to name but a few!
