Organiser's Description

A fun event at Samphire Hoe to celebrate the pending Festive period! Fancy dress is very much order of the day, and we'll have some prizes for the best outfits! They'll be some Christmas themed goodies at the aid station, festive bling and of course the usual standard of chocolate heavy goody bags!

Samphire Hoe is nature reserve created from 4.9 million cubic metres of chalk marl from the Channel Tunnel excavations. This has been left to mature in to a rolling nature reserve with an abundance of wildlife and for us runners, some lovely trails and a long wide dead flat sea wall to enclose it all. A six hour challenge event to run as many, or as few 3.28 mile laps as you wish under the shadow of the famous White Cliffs of Dover!
