An epic 45km Swimrun adventure race through the beautiful and rugged scenery of the Lake District National Park.
Starting on the shore of Coniston Water you'll be racing to Tweedies Bar in Grasmere village. To get there you will be trail running and taking on open water swims through Coniston, Windermere, Rydal Water and Grasmere.
You'll run in your wetsuit and swim in your trainers.

Course Details
The course follows forestry tracks, trails and paths along valleys and over passes in the midst of some stunning and varied Lakeland scenery and of course there are swims in 4 different lakes.
Our Full course is 45 km in total with 38.7km of running and 6.5km of swimming across 9 separate swims - the longest of which is 1030m.
