Join us for an awesome run setting off from the Taunton rugby club which quickly joins the beautiful canal taking you into towards Taunton... Then around a short section of the river Tone before you link back onto canal.
The 10K Route is roughly 50% canal paths and 50% river paths which are both very flat and has easy to navigiate terrain making this a great run for your first 10K, new to trail running or want to put in a PB time.

Flat, lovely river and canal scenery and was a well organised event. Really good atmosphere and all round good vibes. The route was well marshalled and there were at least 3 feed and water stations on the route. The trail had a mix of gravel/stony paths to mud and grass trails plus a short stint on tarmac. It’s a decent route if you’re wanting to push for a trail PB. I’ll 100% be doing this next year.
Completed my first half marathon. It is a nice flat route and the atmosphere is relaxed. The standout thing for me was how well organised it was. Lots of marshalls out marking the route, really well stocked feed stations. Nothing to worry about apart from the run. Thanks alot for organising this.

Decent parking, nice route, good number of marshals, home made cake halfway through(!). Really friendly event that wasn't huge - the downside of that was that there weren't many supporters out there. Main reason for not getting a 5 star review is that there was only a medal and an energy drink in the goodie bag. I'd have liked a T-shirt :).
