Get ready for the Tewkesbury Wine Run organized by Claire Ashmore on Saturday 5th October 2019 at Croft Farm Waterpark in Tewkesbury, Worcestershire. This fun event allows participants to run, walk, crawl, or stagger around the scenic lake while supporting LINC - The Leukaemia Intensive Chemotherapy fund. Choose to complete up to 5 x 1k laps and enjoy refreshments of white, rose, or red wine at each lap. Non-drinkers can opt for water and wine gums. After the run, stick around for a party with pork baps, vegetable skewers, and a disco. It's the perfect way to spend a Saturday night for a good cause!
Organiser's Description
Run, walk, crawl or stagger around the scenic lake of Croft Farm Waterpark, all in aid of LINC - The Leukaemia Intensive Chemotherapy fund. Run or walk up to 5 x 1k laps, each lap you will have the option to choose a refreshment of white, rose or red wine… there will of course be the option of water and wine gums for those designated drivers and non-drinkers.
Stay and party after the run, we have pork baps and vegetable skewers and disco happening...where else would you want to be on a Saturday night...
