Event summary
Get ready for an exhilarating experience at The Brighouse Aquathlon organised by RunAble on Sunday, 12th January 2025. This friendly and fun event caters to novices, GB elites, and everyone in between. The Aquathlon features a 400m pool swim followed by a 5k run in Centre Vale Park, chip timed and age grouped, with the opportunity to qualify for the GB Team. For novice swimmers, the Splash and Dash offers a 100m swim and 5k run on the same route. Relay teams are also welcome, where one person swims 400m and the other completes the 5k run. Join us at Brighouse Fitness Centre for a day of excitement and friendly competition. Working with Tri lab we are proud to bring you the RunAble Aquathlon Brighouse, a friendly, fun event ideal for novices, GB elites and everyone in between.
The Aquathlon is a 400m pool swim followed by a 5k run within Centre Vale Park, chip timed and aged grouped.
(And can be used as a GB Team qualifying event.)
The Splash and Dash is a novice swimmers event with a 100m swim and 5k run along the same route as the main event.
The Aquathlon Relay teams are welcome: one person swims 400m and the other completes the 5k* run.
The event will start and finish at Brighouse Fitness Centre.
