This event involves teams of 6 competing in a 2 day adventure race, and focuses on team building in order to deliver performance improvement back in the workplace. The challenge to the team is to support each other in the various disciplines of canoeing, running, mountain biking, hiking and map reading. The race will also test a team's fitness, communication and drive.
