St Luke’s Hospice and Spartan Farm have joined forces to bring you the Mud Run 2015. Taking part in the heart of Harrow, this action packed family event promises to be the muddiest fun you’ve ever had. On the day, participants over 14 will be ducking and diving, jumping and climbing over 15 obstacles on a 5km course. Obstacles that include Pond Dips, Tyre Running, Box Hurdles, Slip ‘N’ Slides, Hidden Tracks, Mud Tunnels, Fitness Zone, Leopard Crawl, Tug of War, Tyre Tossing, Stretcher Racing, Cargo Nets, Crawling Nets and Rope Swings.
