The course will be fully marked (by me) although I would strongly suggest either familiarising yourself with the route or running with the GPX on the day.
apart from a mobile phone with our HQ number stored you will not be required to carry any mandatory kit you will be left to make that decision yourselves depending on conditions on the day.

THERE WILL BE ONE CHECKPOINT ROUGHLY HALFWAY WHICH WILL BE WELL STOCKED, there will be vegan options and EVERYTHING WILL BE CLEARLY MARKED and kept separate. ANYONE WITH any additional SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS PLEASE NOTE ON YOUR ENTRY FORM

SOMEWHERE ON THE COURSE THERE WILL BE A MARKED STRAVA SECTION (ROUGHLY A KM) WHOEVER RUNS THIS SEGMENT THE FASTEST (male AND female) WINS A SPECIAL PRIZE. THIS CANNOT BE WON BY ANYONE FINISHING IN THE TOP THREE IN EITHER CATeGORY .
