The P&J Run Fest 2024 is Aberdeen’s ONLY running festival taking place on Sunday April 14 at the city’s world-class entertainment venue P&J Live.
With a 10K, 5K and junior fun run – which all start and finish on P&J Live’s concourse - The P&J Run Fest will bring together people of all ages and fitness levels from across the north and north-east to create a community of runners.
A family fun day out, parents with babies in prams and buggies, as well as enthusiastic young runners under the age of 12 will be able to participate in a 1K junior fun run.
The P&J Run Fest 2024 is raising funds for not one but FIVE inspiring north and north-east charities.
Participants are encouraged to raise funds for The P&J 275 Community Fund which supports the charities transforming communities across Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire, Moray and the Highlands and Islands.
The P&J 275 Community Fund’s charity partners for 2024 are Friends of Anchor, Save Bon Accord Baths (a project by Bon Accord Heritage), Munlochy Animal Aid, SurfABLE Scotland (a project by Friendly Access) and Scotland’s Charity Air Ambulance (SCAA).
As part of its milestone 275 th anniversary celebrations, The Press and Journal launched the 275 Community Fund which will support each charity partner throughout 2024.
All funds raised will be split equally between each of the five charity partners and each charity will receive a minimum of £10,000.
