Organiser's Description
Options for standard distance triathlon, two shorter distance events for athletes wanting to experience the exhilaration of completing their first triathlon, also youth triathlon and duathlon. Pool swim; the cycle course takes in long stretches of road through beautiful Sussex villages; the run is a 3k lap of the village of Ringmer. Relay options.

Standard: 800m / 40k / 11k
Sprint: 400m / 23.5k / 7.3k
GoTri: 200m / 15k / 3.7k
Youth/Jnr: 400m / 23.5k / 7.3k
Duathlon: 6k / 23.5k / 3.7k
