Absolutely outstanding organization at the Yorkshire Marathon, even in the face of challenging weather conditions due to Storm Ashley! Despite the rain and wind, the race organizers went above and beyond to ensure that everything ran smoothly. From start to finish, every detail was taken care of, and the support along the entire route was simply exceptional.
The volunteers and staff were unwavering, providing encouragement, water, and supplies with smiles, no matter how tough the conditions got. They truly made all the difference, keeping the runners' spirits high throughout the race. And the local supporters were incredible too—braving the storm to cheer us on with unmatched enthusiasm and warmth.
Running through Yorkshire is always special, but this time, the spirit of both the organizers and supporters made it unforgettable. A massive thank you to everyone involved for turning what could have been a difficult day into a truly inspiring race experience!
