Organiser's Description

We have kept the prices for 2019 and will keeping the field of runners at 400. As was the case in the previous year, the event sold out with runners 'begging' for places in the run up to Christmas. Don't be one of those who were disappointed, enter now!

This year there is a 5k option!


There is ample FREE parking at the start, with hot drinks and snacks available for purchase.

How To Get There

By road: The venue is off the A27, or Junction 11 of the M27. The start and finish is on the Wicor Recreation Ground, adjacent to the AFC Portchester Stadium. Access is via Cranleigh Road, Portchester, which in itself is off White Hart Lane. Use postcode PO16 9DP for your Satnav.

By bus: The bus to Portchester from Portsmouth takes 33 minutes and costs £2 - £3. The Number 3 bus runs from Fareham bus station to Portchester every 20 minutes.

By train: Portchester train station is situated on the West Coastway Line between Brighton and Southampton. South Western Railway provides an off-peak service of three trains per hour from London Waterloo, and two trains per hour each from Portsmouth & Southsea and Southampton Central. It's then a walk of about 1 mile from the train station to the Recreation Ground.
