A multi-terrain out and back run from Wicor Recreation Ground, Portchester, along the Fareham Creek Trail to Cams Hall, returning along the Trail. The course is flat and fast and takes in lovely views across the creek. This race is fast becoming the 'must do' race over the period between Christmas and the New Year.

By road: The venue is off the A27, or Junction 11 of the M27. The start and finish is on the Wicor Recreation Ground, adjacent to the AFC Portchester Stadium. Access is via Cranleigh Road, Portchester, which in itself is off White Hart Lane. Use postcode PO16 9DP for your Satnav.
By bus: The bus to Portchester from Portsmouth takes 33 minutes and costs £2 - £3. The Number 3 bus runs from Fareham bus station to Portchester every 20 minutes.
By train: Portchester train station is situated on the West Coastway Line between Brighton and Southampton. South Western Railway provides an off-peak service of three trains per hour from London Waterloo, and two trains per hour each from Portsmouth & Southsea and Southampton Central. It's then a walk of about 1 mile from the train station to the Recreation Ground.
