VE-Day Challenge Run

Cyclopark, Gravesend, Kent

Cyclopark, The Tollgate, Wrotham Rd, Gravesend, Kent DA11 7NP

Fri 8th May 2020

Organiser's Description

In 2020 to commemorate the 75th Anniversary of the end of World War 2 in Europe the May Bank holiday is moving from the usual Monday to Friday 8 May, and what better way to celebrate victory than a patriotic run! We'll have unique VE Day bling, colours of the day are military or red, white ;and blue, there'll be chocolate and there'll be some running involved too!

The event will be a six hour timed challenge on a 5.25 mile loop, based out of the Cyclopark Complex at Gravesend (although the routes won't actually be in the Cyclopark area we're just using their facilities and parking) and the route will be a mixture of trail, bike paths and tarmac, not flat but not too hilly either before you panic!

Distances

5.25 mile loop 6 hours
